GuideClarity provides a browser extension and web platform that enables users to:

• Create professional voiceovers and interactive tutorials
• Store and share video recordings

User Accounts

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Service or other users
• Non-payment of fees (if applicable)

• GuideClarity trademarks, logos, and branding
• All underlying technology and algorithms

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property.

Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party AI and infrastructure providers:

• AssemblyAI - Speech-to-text transcription
• Anthropic Claude - Script enhancement
• ElevenLabs - AI voiceover generation
• Amazon S3 - Cloud storage

We are not responsible for the availability, quality, or actions of third-party services. Their use is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Payment and Subscriptions

Pricing

We may offer free and paid subscription plans. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

Refunds

Refunds are provided at our sole discretion. To request a refund, contact support@guideclarity.com within 7 days of payment.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Data Loss Disclaimer: While we implement reasonable backup measures, we are not liable for any loss, corruption, or deletion of Your Content. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

Disclaimers and Warranties

We specifically disclaim any warranties that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Defects or errors will be corrected
• The Service will meet your requirements or expectations
• AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or usable

You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

We are NOT liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Cost of substitute services
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages from third-party services (AI providers, hosting, etc.)
• Content created by AI that may be inaccurate or inappropriate
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws

THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GuideClarity, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your Content or recordings you create
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including copyright, privacy, or publicity rights
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@guideclarity.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

Arbitration Rules:

• Disputes will be resolved under the courts of Serbia
• Held in your state of residence or remotely
• Arbitrator's decision is final and binding
• Each party pays their own costs unless arbitrator decides otherwise

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where GuideClarity is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• 24/7 availability or uptime
• Advance notice of maintenance or downtime
• Continued operation of any specific feature
• Continued availability of the Service itself

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• Impose usage limits or quotas
• Remove or modify features without notice
• Shut down the Service permanently with 30 days' notice

Recording and Copyright Compliance

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have permission to record content
• Obtaining consent from individuals who appear in recordings
• Complying with copyright laws and fair use principles
• Not recording on websites that prohibit screen recording
• Complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

DMCA Compliance

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content violates your copyright, contact us at support@guideclarity.com with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing content
• Your contact information
• Statement of good faith belief
• Statement under penalty of perjury that information is accurate

Export Compliance

You may not use the Service in violation of U.S. export laws or use the Service in countries subject to U.S. sanctions or embargoes.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GuideClarity and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
